Unique Benefits Available

MPE members and their families are eligible for a very unique schedule of benefits as patients of the Alliance Dental Center, LLC.

Our focus is on working with you to address any active disease; to prevent future disease; and to be your partner in your health.

Specific benefits include:

  • Prevention-focused dentistry.
  • Access to a patient care advocate who can assist you in dealing with any ‘barriers’ that may be preventing you from visiting the dentist and who will work with you to explain all treatment options and coordinate care with any specialists you need to visit.
  • Same-day crown fabrication using Cerec technology when possible.
  • Unlimited preventive services, including therapeutic products proven to address a patient’s unique needs;
  • No co-payments on any treatment delivered by the staff at the Alliance Dental Center, LLC with the exception of replacement of mouth guards or removable appliances (partials, etc.) and professional teeth whitening.
  • Patients will be required to pay for teeth whitening products, replacement of lost or broken mouth guards or partials. The MPE Fund office will bill patients directly for these services.
  • No annual plan maximum.

For services the ADC cannot provide, such as root canal, extractions, periodontal surgery, etc., patients will be referred to a specialist’s office. Those services will be subject to the guidelines and co-payments required under the MPE dental plan the patient is enrolled in (e.g. MPE Exclusive Provider Network plan or the Indemnity Plan).

What we do not do

We do not do implants or other major prosthodontic work (e.g. long-span bridges, complete dentures), root canals, extractions or cosmetic services.

Cavities & Decay

The ADC takes a minimally-invasive approach to the care, management and control of the dental disease process. We will repair damage caused by dental disease with fillings and restorations, and if we can re-mineralize areas of early decay we will provide you with the tools necessary.

Reduce Disease

We provide you with the tools and products that have been proven to reduce the risk of future disease.

Patient Payments

There are no patient co-payments on services provided at the ADC, and the services are not subject to annual plan maximum. However, if any service re-quires treatment due to patient not following treatment plan, there will be a payment required.
